How does it work?
You upload a clear photo of your dog, choose your sketch style and format, and I’ll turn it into a pencil-style portrait. You’ll receive a digital version by email, and if you selected a printed version, it will be posted to you.

Is this really drawn by hand?
Each portrait is digitally created in a hand-drawn style using your photo as a reference. It’s designed to look like a pencil sketch — custom-made with care to highlight your dog’s unique personality.

How long does it take?
Digital portraits are delivered by email within 2–4 days. Printed versions are shipped within 5–7 days.

Can I include more than one dog?
Yes! Just select the “Add Extra Dog” option when placing your order. Be sure to upload a photo where both dogs are clearly visible, or feel free to send two separate ones.

Where do you deliver to?
Digital sketches can be emailed anywhere. Printed portraits ship free in Ireland and for €6.95 to the UK.

Can I get a refund or change my photo?
Since each sketch is custom-made, I don’t offer refunds. However, if you catch a mistake or need to swap a photo, just contact me within 12 hours of ordering — I’m happy to help if possible.
